Any online booking made between 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday must be made at least 6 hours before collection
If you require a Taxi within 6 hours we recommend that you call us on 01454 313883.
Any online booking made outside these hours must be made at least 12 hours before collection.
The guide price displayed is not a fixed quotation, it does not take into account prevailing traffic conditions, deviations in journeys by the passengers or any other incidents which we have no control over.If your journey is after 18;00 or anytime at the weekend, then you should add at least £2 onto the guide price. We can offer a fixed price quotation, but please telephone us for this.
Online bookings will only be confirmed when either a confirmation email, telephone call or text is returned to the customer, which we endeavour to do within plenty of time of the pick up time that the customer has requested when booking online. We recommend checking your Junk folder if you have not received any confirmation email.
We are regulated by South Gloucestershire Council and a fare tariff is available in all our vehicles.
We will endeavour to get you to your destination on time but we cannot be held responsible for delays outside the companies control or the drivers control, you are strongly advised to check your travel insurance.
Our drivers reserve the right to refuse access to their vehicle if they have reason to believe the customer poses a threat to their or their passengers safety or comfort.
